English Stripe Pie Plate

Each pie plate is thrown on the wheel, trimmed, hand painted using an underglaze, glazed, and fired by yours truly. Pie Plates are roughly 9.5-10 inches wide and 1.5-2 inches deep. 

These Pie Plates are made using an oven-safe clay body and will serve you well for many years of good use if cared for properly. As with all ceramic and glass bakeware items, avoid thermal shock by not transitioning quickly between hot and cold temperatures. Some potters even recommend putting bakeware in a cold oven and letting it warm up as the oven preheats. 

Microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe, though I recommend handwashing to prolong its life and luster.
